Referral got me a fast screen, then a hiring manager interview, a written exercise (a realistic program plan, about three hours of work), and a final on-site in Scottsdale with four back-to-back sessions. The bar is high and the questions were genuinely difficult — expect deep dives on prioritization under pressure and cross-team conflict. I was rejected a week after the on-site with actual written feedback tied to the exercise, which almost never happens. It stung, but I knew exactly where I fell short. If they call me again in a year, I will pick up.
